We pride ourselves on the sticking power of our output. We use graphic designers to publish our debriefs...not just in PPT but as hardback books, leaflets, newsletter, mocked up magazines and posters. Our work gets into the boardroom and then gets hung on the wall so it stays there.

We use film editors to create great films of our research. Vox pops they ain't.

We work with lots of start ups and entrepreneurs and have created a research method especially for them, First Shave.
