Gemma Holmes, the Peer Coach, is a Cognitive Hypnotherapist, Coach and workshop facilitator who helps people boost their thrive:survive ratio. She is also a thirty-something marketing professional with experience of all the stresses and strains that come with working your way up in the corporate world. Over the last nine years she has loved working with her fellow professionals to help them navigate the highs and lows of their careers.
