AQR Spark - Transforming Imposter Syndrome

The Session - That voice in your head, is it your doubter or your cheerleader? Does it hold you back or nudge you forward? Is it your worst enemy or your best friend?

You might be surprised to learn how many highly successful and experienced professionals lack confidence. This interactive workshop will give you the insight and tools you need to use your mind as your best tool for success.

In this special AQR Spark event, Gemma will teach you how to take control of your inner dialogue and transform it into your secret weapon.

Join this session to:

  • explore what makes you feel less confident
  • learn some practical tips for a more positive inner dialogue

Having explored this fascinating field together, you’ll then get to sit back with your eyes closed and enjoy a guided meditation experience to leave you raring to go and able to achieve what you set your mind to.

The Facilitator:

Gemma Holmes, the Peer Coach, is a Cognitive Hypnotherapist, Coach and workshop facilitator who helps people boost their thrive:survive ratio. She is also a thirty-something marketing professional with experience of all the stresses and strains that come with working your way up in the corporate world.
