AQR Spark - Design Thinking: An evening with Cat Drew
Please join us for an evening with Cat Drew, Chief Design Officer at Design Council.
- Design Council champions the power of design to tackle the biggest challenges of our time and bring about real, positive change in peoples lives. At Design Council, Cat provides leadership and strategic direction across the organisations programmes which encompass design and innovation in the social, public and private sectors. Having started out as a researcher in the mid-2000's, Cat will share her wisdom on the importance of qualitative research in the design process, and what qualitative researchers can learn from adopting a 'design mindset'.
- A true advocate for the power of design, Cat is the co-presenter of BBC Radio 4s The Fix and a regular speaker at key national and international design events. She is well known in the sector for her TEDx talk on how to make government function better through data and design and an RSA keynote on systemic design.
Drinks and nibbles will be available at the end of the session
