This session is only for those with up to 1 year’s experience and new to qual research. It will focus on some practical tips and tricks to help you get the most out of running online communities. We’ll explore when you might use them, tips for structuring community guides, best practice for moderating online communities and how to manage content.

Please join Danny Vio (Verve), Chloe Bartlem (Razor) and Kate Benson (The Nursery) as they talk through their experiences and top tips for running online communities. This will be an open source session, so we’ll be opening the floor to hear about your own experiences, tips and tricks as well!
