Tom is a multi-award winning expert in online and mobile qualitative research, and in this interactive session, he’ll explore the psychology of online qual and lead a discussion around how understanding this helps us to do it better.

Language in action: applying discourse analysis in business, with Gill Ereaut and Kirstie Skates
