***ONLY THREE PLACES LEFT*** Showing up and speaking up, whether on camera or face to face, matters. For introverts, as many of us quallies are, piping up ain't easy. Especially after a long period of time apart from physical meetings with our colleagues and clients.
Speak Up is a course designed to provide practical guidance and personal coaching so we can show up with authority, personality and impact. It will cover how we can do this in virtual spaces, as well as provide the chance to sharpen up face to face presentation skills.
Speak Up is a hybrid experience (so trendy)
Part 1: Speak Up on Screen
Thursday 11th November, 9:30am 11:30am, via Zoom
Well provide tips and practical exercises for how we can show up and present more effectively in virtual environments. Well discuss the challenges involved in contributing to meetings and presenting debriefs on screen, and how to adapt to different platforms and audiences.
Part 2: Speak Up in Person
Thursday 18th November, 10:00am 3:30pm, Adam St, Central London
Well unlock our creativity and confidence with an improv experience hosted by a team from the brilliant Showstoppers troupe. Well share tips on how to prep for presentations and how to present with clarity and confidence. All delegates will be asked to present a few pre-prepared slides and be given individual feedback on how to become even better.
Who is Speak Up for?
This course is ideal for those who are newer to the industry and the challenges of being asked to speak up in meetings and present debriefs. We will cover the skills needed to present online but also face to face. Were expecting this course to appeal to people within their first 5 years of working.
