Building a culture of innovation for internal teams

As researchers we're always looking for new ways to deliver impactful insight to our clients and stakeholders but how do we ensure the process of trying out new ideas is inspiring for our teams and helps to retain & engage our people? How do we generate a culture of innovation where our teams feel empowered and motivated by a spirit of experimentation and trying things out without fear of failure?

In this masterclass we will explore tools and techniques that spark creativity and idea generation and have helped the Sky in house research team embed a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement which has led to award winning case studies and highly motivated team members who are able to deliver against Sky’s Believe in Better ethos.

Who is it suitable for?
This session is aimed at team leaders who want to expand their toolkit with techniques and approaches which will help inspire and engage their teams. The Masterclass is therefore suitable for anyone (research agency, field, a platform) who manages a team of at least 3-4 people. You’ll need paper, pens and post its to get the most from this highly practical workshop.
