Navigator

Full service qualitative research drawing on over 30 years' hands on experience:

I've worked with the full spectrum of consumer age and SEG, with B2B including SME and micro, with customers / clients, with employees, with members of trade and professional associations, and with 'hard to reach' segments.

I've been a buyer and user of research as a media (communications) planner at Saatchi and Saatchi, and as an account planner (strategist). I entered research with Reflexion before founding Navigator in 1992.

I've been lucky in having conducted a huge diversity of projects over my career starting with strategic and creative development with the straight and gay community for the government's first AIDS campaign, 'Don't Die Of Ignorance', through to working with clients including AFC Wimbledon, BARB, Conran Design Group, DECC, MetOffice, Novartis Pharmaceuticals, RAF, reed.co.uk, RNIB, FSCS, Royal Navy, Mother, talktofrank.com, Vertex Pharmaceuticals, Virgin Media, Virgin Money, and VW Audi. I'm happy to have remained 'hands on' throughout.

Breadth and depth of experience allows me to add considerable value in exploring the issues prior to research, and in helping think through next steps following research.
