Joe is a qualitative researcher with over two years' experience in the market research industry. He is passionate about observing consumer behaviour and understanding their evolving relationships with brands. Joe is currently working on a research paper titled 'The shimmering light of loyalty in the shadow of instant gratification'.
Joe has been a Member of the AQR since September 2017.
