Head of Qualitative Research
Brooke is department head for the UK Ipsos consumer qualitative team (UU), c.60 people including experts in ethnography (ECE), anthropology, semiotics, social intelligence analytics, curation, workshopping, communities and everything else. She also co-heads the qualitative service line for Ipsos MORI (with Suzanne Hall) which includes +150 qual researchers in 5 specialist teams: Healthcare, Media, Public Affairs, Customer Experience and Consumer. She is an experienced qualitative researcher herself, with a background in brand consultancy. For Brooke, the beauty of qualitative research is not about methods, it is about the ability to shine a light on what really matters.
Brooke has been a Member of the AQR since March 2018.
