James is a Motivational Researcher with a deep interest in consumer psychology, and has over 18 years experience in qualitative research and Consultancy. He is a highly experienced and creative senior moderator specialising in the use of projective techniques and consumer engagement. He has conducted a number of large international studies across various markets and cultures. Research experience includes: Retail, Website Usability, B2B, Healthcare, Automotive, Food and Drinks, Internet/New Media, Finance, Toiletries, FMCG, and Telecommunications. James formally worked at CRAM International for 16 years.
