Franco Zazzera

Franco Zazzera has worked in financial services for over 25 years, the last 18 of which has been spent in Market Research. He heads the Personal Customer Research Team and has responsibility for delivering insights on NatWest?s and The Royal Bank of Scotland?s core personal customers. In addition his team undertakes research on the Bank?s distribution channels, as well as on brand and advertising.
