We offer a unique combination of creative qualitative research and video analysis. We analyse facial expressions for a greater level of insight into brands, advertising and new product development. Our methodology reveals those emotions which respondents do not, or cannot, express verbally and thereby gives you a deeper understanding of how they feel about the brand or service. Our non-verbal communications tool, response catcher, consists of short video interviews, capturing the critical moment when the respondent sees the visual, reads the copy or hears the proposition. The moment when, as the latest research in neuroscience shows, decisions are made. The technique provides an opportunity to conduct real qualitative research, but with a quantitative sample size, at a lower cost than traditional, discursive, qualitative research.
