Cancellations and Refunds Policy

Our cancellation policy depends on whether you are attending a free event, a lunch, or one of our other events such as a conference.

Free Events

If you have notified us of your intention to attend a free event but later find you are not going to be able to attend, please let us know in advance, if possible, as this will help us plan for numbers, room sizes, and catering. Please send an email, a fax or telephone us at the office, whichever is most convenient.

Lunches

We regret that we are unable to give refunds on lunches. However, if you have booked a place at a lunch event and are unable to attend, you may send a substitute to take your place. There are no surcharges for sending substitutes.

Other Events

If you have booked a place on an event and are unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible so that we have the opportunity to offer the place to another applicant. We have a cancellation policy for all AQR events as follows:

• Cancel with 28 calendar days notice or more
  Either full refund minus a £50+VAT admin fee, or
  Substitution accepted
   
• Cancel with 21 to 27 calendar days notice
  Either 50% refund or
  Substitution accepted
   
• Cancel with less than 21 calendar days notice
  No refunds are available, but
  Substitution accepted

Please note, when making a substitution, if the person who originally booked the course is an AQR member and qualified for the Discounted AQR Member Price but the substitute is not a member, the difference between the Discounted AQR Member Price and the Standard Price will be payable.
