Cancellations and Refunds Policy

Places on AQR courses are strictly limited. If you have booked a place on a course and are unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible so that we have the opportunity to offer the place to another applicant. We have a cancellation policy for all AQR training courses as follows:

• Over 3 weeks notice: full refund
• 2-3 weeks notice: 50% refund
• Less than 2 weeks notice: no refund

Alternatively, you may send a substitute of your own choosing to take your place on the course. A substitution can be made at any time up to the start of the course. There are no surcharges for making a substitution. However, if the member who originally booked the course is an AQR member and qualified for the Discounted AQR Member Price but the substitute is not a member, the difference between the Discounted AQR Member Price and the Standard Price will be payable.
