As our name suggests, we shed light on consumer behaviour to inform and guide business decisions, both in the UK and globally. We cover a range of sectors with specialisms in food & drink, beauty, white goods, automotive, travel. We've researched all over the world from Atlanta to Zagreb.

Established in 1998, we are a senior team of enthusiastic and creative researchers. We cover most European languages between us, and have lived and worked abroad, bringing cultural insight to all our projects.
