Susan Sweet

Susan is a passionate qualitative researcher focused on illuminating insights and making the research process enjoyable for both clients and research participants. She founded Sweet Insight Group in 2012, and has worked alongside some of the best in qualitative research for the past 25 years, including the Chicago offices of Millward Brown (now Kantar), Doyle Research Associates, and Hall & Partners. She's been a longtime champion of collaboration between the QRCA and AQR, has co-chaired previous joint conferences. and served as liaison between the AQR and QRCA for a decade. Susan lives in Colorado, and she enjoys hiking, cooking, Pilates, and taking "empty nesting" adventures with her husband.
