Consumer Planning Director, Market and Brand Planning at Diageo
Christene has spent the last twenty years working in the Consumer Planning function at the worlds leading premium drinks company, Diageo. In her current role she divides her time between Consumer Planning Skills Capability development and managing the core set of global Diageo research tools - specifically brand tracking, segmentation, creative development and evaluation techniques. She also is a key contributor and facilitator of the renowned Diageo Way of Brand Building marketing capability programme globally.
Head of Premier Entrepreneurs Segment, Barclays
Emma is a research professional of over 15 years standing, beginning her career with Ipsos MORI before moving client-side, firstly with Vodafone and then Barclays. Whilst in the Barclays Insight team, Emma championed behavioural economics as a complementary tool to traditional research. Before moving into a segment role she spent some time working in Service Design where she found her insight and BE tools were extremely valuable in designing best-in-class experiences for customers.
Insight and Partnerships Director at Swim England
Damian has worked in research and insight for 20 years in the private and public sectors (Boots, e.ON, Nottm Trent University). His passion (and job) is to get more people active and enjoying the many benefits of water. Damian believes there has never been a better time to create powerful narratives encouraging people to swim regularly, especially given the pressures on the NHS and the mental/ social wellbeing benefits that swimming can provide. Over the last 3 years Damian has leveraged behavioural insight work to make the swimming sector fit for purpose.
