Creative group

A form of group discussion, often rather longer than standard (say 3 hours or more), and sometimes with more participants than the 'standard' eight. In these groups, a wide range of projective and enabling techniques may be applied. They are conducted in order to allow in-depth exploration of an issue, product or activity, and/or to generate creative or new ideas.
