Running Projects Running Groups Books and Reading ListNew slant on incentives
Clients appreciate the service that a field agency brings, but possess little interest in what goes on behind the scenes to provide it, least of all the time-consuming but necessary task of paying incentives.
Collecting bank details, making BACS transfers, distributing gift cards and handing cash are labour intensive tasks for a small agency. We'd rather spend our time doing the work that delivers the most impact for our clients, our business and our bottom line. So a platform that can take that particular headache away is a real bonus.
Particity was specifically created to manage and pay research participants. All the field agency does is upload participants' email addresses. Then, once approved, Particity notifies them to claim their incentive, giving them the choice of how to receive it (direct to bank, PayPal, gift voucher or donate to charity). All without needing any further interaction from the field agency.
Its simple to set up, integrates seamlessly with existing processes and you just use what you pay for. Field Sauce has been using it for a year, and its totally transformed how we handle incentives.
