The Insight Rooms

The Insight Rooms is a technically advanced market research facility located just minutes from Old Street Station - only 3 stops from Euston and 2 stops from Kings Cross & St Pancras International.

Whether you require space for User Testing, In Depth Interviews, Focus Group or a Co-Design Workshop, we can accommodate it. Our state-of-the-art labs were built to provide the perfect set-up for user testing, with simple yet unmatched configurability and a viewing experience like no other venue.

Focus groups and IDIs were no after-thought, however. Our facility provides a refreshing break from the "corporate office" look and feel of some other venues and has been designed to provide comfort and inspire creativity for interviews and groups of up to 8 participants.

Support doesn't just start on the day of your booking. Service is our top priority and our friendly and experienced team is on hand to help ensure your project runs smoothly from the moment you place a provisional booking with us.

We have 2 studios with the following features in each:

* A User Testing bench with the ability to seamlessly switch between devices. All without having to stop your recordings or rewire any equipment

* Video Streaming (In house and with FocusVision)

* 1080p Full HD Digital recordings, High speed fibre broadband

* 2 x Pan/Tilt/Zoom cameras to provide multiple angles including an ariel view camera that can capture interactions with stimulus on the table

* 6 x large screens in the viewing rooms for viewing multiple devices, stimulus and camera feeds

* Complementary Tea, Coffee and Snacks
