Pre-placement

Giving research participants something to do or try before they attend a research interview or group. Often this will be a product for them to try out for themselves or with household members, and they may be asked to make some note of their own and others' responses to it for discussion at the interview. Alternatively pre-placement may refer to the placement of diaries for completion prior to attending the research discussion.
