Running Projects Running Groups Books and Reading ListCreating 'appy stakeholders
Engaging stakeholders in research can be an uphill battle. Time-poor and juggling dozens of other projects, a 100-slide report is probably the last thing they want to deal with.
Were seeing ever more videos and infographics emerging as an alternative to the hefty PowerPoint. But what if there was another way to get stakeholders attention?
So many products and services are now delivered digitally. And this is creating a new opportunity to go beyond just sharing findings and recommendations when it comes to product development research. We can now create the real deal: hi-fidelity digital prototypes which actually show what the finished product or service should look like.
Instead of flicking through slides describing the ideal concept, stakeholders can scroll through a prototype app or website and see it before their very eyes. Used in this way, prototypes can be a powerful tool for bringing insights and ideas to life, helping them gain traction across a business, securing buy-in along the way.
