Refunds and Cancellations
All online purchases are protected by the UK Distance Selling Regulations. With all of our online sales, if you change your mind after placing the order, please contact us as soon as possible. If we have not yet processed your order, we will accept a cancellation without charge. Otherwise, the refunds and cancellations policy varies according to the product or service offered.
If you have confirmed acceptance of a place on a training course and later cancel, the amount we will refund depends upon how much notice you give us prior to the start of the course. If you have confirmed acceptance of a place at an event and later cancel, the amount we will refund depends upon how much notice you give us prior to the event. For further details of the cancellations policy for events, please see: Cancellations in the Events section of this website.
We regret that we are unable to give refunds on lunches. However, if you have booked a place at a lunch event and are unable to attend, you may send a substitute to take your place. There are no surcharges for sending substitutes.
If goods are damaged in transit we will replace them. If we are not able to offer a replacement in good time, we will refund your payment in full. Please contact us as soon as possible after receipt for advice on return procedures. Please do not return goods without speaking to us first.
If you accidentally submit two orders for the same product, please let us know as soon as possible. If we think you have accidentally duplicated an order, we will check with you before we process the second order.
