Tom is an independent Conversations Strategist, working at the intersection of insight, strategy and social technology. He consults as a strategic planner and innovation specialist for research agencies and runs collaborative insight programmes for brands like the BBC and UEFA. He also runs an online qualitative research training programme called Masterminds. He was formerly Director of Digital at Hall and Partners.
Tom has been a Member of the AQR since October 2002.
