Florian joined the industry in 2020, amidst the challenges of the Covid-19 pandemic's first lockdown in Germany. Since then, he has been working as a qual researcher with Point Blank in Berlin. What he loves most about his job is being able to leverage synergies from his diverse academic background in cultural anthropology, sociology, and business administration, and make use of his passion for ethnography to generate actionable insights in consumer research.
