Billie's role is to bring the best of Ipsos together to help solve innovation challenges in a consumer-centric way and recently has developed a new offer in the front-end innovation space. Using Ipsos's wide network, strong client relationships, and new research methods, she has established a set of approaches that build on traditional and new methodologies, specifically to supercharge innovation. Billie has been at Ipsos for 9 years, with expertise across the business, in particular in ethnography, insight and innovation. Her clients have included Unilever, SCA, Tesco, Nestle and MARS.
