Martin J. Gent is director of creativity and co-owner of Spinach, an international qual agency. He is an artist, director and performer, combining creative working practices with the rigour of running a company. He also works with businesses developing and delivering programmes of work on leadership and organisational change. He has worked on many arts projects in the UK and internationally and has lectured at a number of universities and colleges, including Central St Martins School of Art, London Metropolitan University, Architectural Association and Aston Business School.
