John researches, facilitates, trains and plans communications. His clients tell him he gets them to new places further and faster than they were expecting. His paper The Qual Remix won best new thinking at the 2004 MRS conference. He has particular experience in retail research. Clients in 2006 include Intercontinental Hotels, BACS and Diageo.
