Fourteen years ago, Col started her career in medical market research and has had practical experience of every part of field research by progressing through recruiter/interviewer, project manager, general manager, business development manager, operations director and finally director of resources. Last year, Col moved over to the consumer side of market research and is now Recruitment Director at Saros Research.
